Kizuna Business Solutions LLC ("Kizuna", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in and your message. Like most websites, we may also collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to provide services you request and to keep appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Google account data and Gmail

Kizuna Business Solutions LLC operates KizFlow, a trade-email service available to authorised users at kizunabiz.com/kizflow. A platform administrator may connect one Google account so that selected inbound emails can be processed.

When that administrator grants access, we request the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. We use the Gmail API only to read message metadata needed for that service: the sender address, the subject line, the Gmail message identifier and the time the message was received. We do not request permission to send, delete, modify or compose email.

We do not read or store the full body of messages, and we only keep emails that match the platform's allowed sender list (for example broker trade alerts). Other messages in the mailbox are skipped and not stored.

New-mail notifications are delivered by Google Cloud Pub/Sub push. Those notifications contain only the connected mailbox address and a Gmail history identifier. They do not contain the subject or body. After a notification, our servers call the Gmail API to read the metadata described above.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access tokens are refreshed only to keep the Gmail connection working. An administrator can disconnect Gmail inside KizFlow, and the account holder can revoke access at any time in their Google Account security settings (Third-party access).

Kizuna's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of KizFlow. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or unrelated data mining.

Sharing

We may share information with associate firms or service providers only where this is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver services, and with authorities where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for these purposes and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
